Home Loan State Bank's President, Craig Springer, grew up in the North Fork Valley of Delta County. Prior to moving to Grand Junction from Paonia in 1990, Craig held the position of the Chief Financial Officer and Manager of Administration for a coal-mining company. In addition to his duties at Home loan, Springer currently serves as a County Appointee to the Mesa County Federal Mineral Leasing District.
